Ingo Heidbrink

Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA (USA)

Ingo Heidbrink is Chair & Professor of History at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA (USA). 

He studied Social and Economic History, Medieval and Modern History, and Geography at the University of Hamburg (M.A. 1994, Dr. phil. 1999) and the University of Bremen (Dr. phil. Habil. 2004).   


Nakajima Gakusho 

Kyushu University, Japan

Nakajima Gakusho is Aassociate Professor of the Faculty of Humanities of Kyushu University. He studied Asian history at the Waseda University (M. A. 1989, Dr. Lit. 1999). From 2000 he works in Kyushu University.


Christina Connett Brophy

Senior Vice President of Mystic Seaport Museum, Mystic, Connecticut (USA)

Dr. Connett Brophy leads strategic vision of institutional partnerships, exhibitions, research and scholarship, and collections. Two of her current major efforts are leading a global museum collaboration through the International Council for Maritime Museums on maritime refugees, 


Kim Kang-sik 

National Korea Maritime & Ocean University, Korea 

Kim Kang-sik is an Associate Professor at the National Korea Maritime & Ocean University, Institute of International Maritime Affairs. He majored in the history of the Joseon Dynasty in Korea at Pusan National University(1988~1998).
